Due to its crucial importance for the entire MetAmazonia's ecosystem, AmaLand NFTs deserve an entire specific chapter to explain its rewards program, attributes, and characteristics.

MetAmazonia's digital assets ecosystem includes AmaLand, a unique and dynamic non-fungible asset that is georeferenced to the Brazilian Geodetic System and linked to the physical land of our private reserve. AmaLand has 12 characteristics, divided into immutable or mutable groups, that are attached to the physical attributes and sustainable development projects on the ground.

What sets AmaLand apart is its strong connection to real land and our over 15 years of experience developing sustainable projects. NFT owners can evolve their digital assets by funding sustainable development projects, such as reforestation and sensor monitoring, and can attach them to carbon credits, non-timber products, digital art, R&D, and tech innovation utilities.

AmaLand's unique attributes include flora, fauna, proximity to water bodies and communities, camera and audio traps, environmental sensors, connectivity, land inventory, and 3D imagery, which are indexed by GeoHASH and used for custody, monitoring, and traceability of the physical and digital assets. The sum of these attributes defines the tier of each NFT, which is used to calculate rewards, and AmaLand will continue to evolve in the metaverse based on experiences.

Each AmaLand NFT has a unique ID represented by 3 alphanumeric characters and 6 digits of the FID of the plot in the database, comes in 4 possible sizes (100m2, 1000m2, 1ha, 10ha, and 25ha), and has 6 different rarities. The AmaLand NFTs have two types of rarities: immutable and mutable. Immutable rarities are related to physical or infrastructural properties of the reserve and cannot be changed. Mutable rarities are related to projects that were or can be developed in the forest according to the owners' wishes.

For example, the proximity to water bodies and communities is an immutable rarity, while the addition of audio and camera traps to the plot is a mutable rarity. The sum of each attribute defines the tier of each NFT and is used to calculate rewards.

Each AmaLand NFT has an art piece attached to it that represents the land plot's characteristics. The rarities of the art piece reflect the immutable and mutable rarities of the land plot, creating a unique and dynamic representation of the physical reserve in the metaverse.

MetAmazonia offers a comprehensive Rewards Program to AmaLand NFT owners, allowing them to access various economic benefits, corporate and individual social responsibility initiatives, and unique phygital utilities and experiences.

Under the economic benefits category, AmaLand NFT owners can benefit from carbon credits, digital art collectibles, non-timber products, R&D, and tech innovation opportunities. AmaLand NFTs can be attached to these utilities, providing a tangible economic value to the NFT owners.
